We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, from placing your order to receiving your smart eyewear—and if needed, our return process is simple and customer-friendly. Below is our full shipping and returns policy, tailored for our European customers.

1. Shipping Information

1.1 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all EU countries, the UK, Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland. If your country is not listed, please contact our support team at info@dazzlax.com for assistance.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Timelines

We partner with trusted European logistics providers (DPD, DHL, PostNL) to ensure fast, reliable delivery. All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order is fulfilled.
  • Standard Shipping (EU): 4-6 business days | Free Shipping
  • Express Shipping (EU): 2-3 business days | €6

1.3 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Once processed, your order will be shipped and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing time may be extended to 3 business days—we appreciate your patience.

1.4 Shipping Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
  • We use 17TRACK for order tracking—you can check your order status anytime via our Track My Order page.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1 Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all Dazzlax products. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery (confirmed via tracking).
  • In unused, undamaged condition (no scratches, no signs of wear).
  • In the original packaging, with all accessories (charging cable, user manual) included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Exceptions: Customized products, clearance items, and products damaged due to improper use are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2.2 How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy—follow these 3 simple steps:
  1. Email our support team at info@dazzlax.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  2. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with a return authorization (RA) number and return shipping address.
  3. Package your item securely, include the RA number on the package, and ship it back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method (you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect).

2.3 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item sent).

2.4 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your Dazzlax smart glasses (e.g., for a different frame color or model), follow the return process above and note "Exchange" in your email. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your new item free of charge (EU only; non-EU customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees).

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) once we verify the issue. Please keep all packaging materials for inspection.

4. Warranty Information

All Dazzlax smart glasses come with a 2-year EU warranty, covering manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty audio, defective charging ports, frame breakage due to material issues). The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use. For warranty claims, contact info@dazzlax.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
